When will the 2025 Players Club Packages be available?
We expect the 2025 program will be launch for renewing members on Thursday, November 28th, and new members on Monday, December 9th.
Can I book tee times online?
Yes. To book a tee time via
LinkLine OnLine, log in to the website here, and then click
the 'Book A Tee Time' button.
On your first visit use the
'Forgot Your Password?' option and enter your Member number for password
creation. If you do not know your member number, contact playersclub@clublink.ca or
call 1-800-273-5113.
How far in advance can I book tee times?
Players Club Members have
access to book tee times up to fourteen days in advance via LinkLine Online or
Member Services at 1-800-273-5113.
Daily fee clubs can be booked
14 days in advance, member clubs can be booked 4 days in advance.
What is my 2-FOR-1 Rate?

What is the Players Club Best Rate Guarantee?
Players Club Members receive a discount when not using a certificate at any of our Daily Fee Courses.
Classic Members - 10% Off
Premium Members - 15% Off
Premium Advantage - 25% Off
If you make a
reservation at any of our daily fee locations and find a similar tee time for
less than your discounted rate (within one hour of your reservation) at the same location through another
source, we will match the price. Best rate guarantee must be applied on the day of booking.
Is there a weekly league for Players Club Members?
We have developed a program
for Players Club members to enjoy and play many of the ClubLink courses along
with other Players Club Members in a league-type setting. This 10 event
schedule are bi-weekly typically starts in July. Full program details and
pricing for 2024 will become available in early May with registration to follow, please visit Road to Glencairn for further
details.
What golf courses do Players Club Members have access to?
Players Club Classic and Premium Members
can access Glen Abbey, Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake and Rolling Hills.
PLUS all Academy courses (except The Rattler) for preferred rates.
Players Club Premium
Advantage Members can access Glen Abbey, Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake,
Rolling Hills, Caledon Woods, Georgetown, Glendale, Grandview, National Pines
and Station Creek North. PLUS all Academy courses (except The Rattler) for preferred
rates.
Players Club Ultimate Members
have unlimited access to Glen Abbey, Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake, and
Rolling Hills. PLUS all Academy courses
(except The Rattler) for unlimited complimentary play.
Can I access ClubLink courses not included in the Players Club program?
Each month we offer 'Member
for a Day' opportunities for Players Club Members to enjoy other ClubLink
Clubs. Stay tuned to your inbox for those opportunities.
Are any of the courses cart mandatory?
Glen Abbey is cart mandatory. Caledon Woods, Georgetown, Glendale, Grandview, National Pines
and Station Creek all require a mandatory access fee when
playing - however you can still choose to walk those courses upon paying
the mandatory access fee. The access fee includes the cost of a power cart.
Are power carts included with the complimentary certificates?
Power carts are included at Rolling Hills Challenge or Classic with your green fee when redeeming a
prepaid certificate. At all other courses, power carts would be paid for
at check-in.
What courses can I use my two-for-one certificates on?
Classic Members - Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake or Rolling Hills
Premium/Premium Advantage Members - Glen Abbey, Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake or Rolling Hills
Other courses may be opened up via Monthly
Bonus Perks, available exclusively for Players Club Members. Check your inbox

Are there any tee time restrictions for my certificates?
Daily
Fee Courses (Pre-paid Certificates):
Certificates can be redeemed anytime Monday through Friday (not valid on Weekends/Holidays)
Daily Fee Courses (Two-for-One Certificates):
Glen Abbey, Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake or Bethesda Grange certificates can
be redeemed anytime Monday through Thursday (Not valid on Friday/Weekends/Holidays).
Member Courses
(Pre-paid Certificates Only):
Certificates can be redeemed anytime on Monday
and Tuesday anytime (Not valid on Wednesday-Sunday, Holidays)
Are my certificates transferable?
Yes, all of your certificates
are fully transferable.
Can I redeem multiple certificate at once?
You can use multiple certificates
for the same booking. Certificates are fully transferable, so certificates can
be used for guest play as well as your own.
Different certificates cannot
be stacked however; you cannot use a 2-for-1 certificate and use a
complimentary certificate to pay for the fee. If you used both in conjunction
with each other, it would be for 3 golfers (Pay 1 green fee for 3 golfers when using
both a 2-for-1 and complimentary certificate).
Can I use all of my certificates at the same course?
There is no limit on how
many times you can play a single golf course with your certificates. Meaning
you could use every certificate at the same golf course or play a different
golf course each time. Your playing preference is completely up to you!
What happens after I use all my certificates?
Players Club Members receive
a discount off all rounds at daily fee locations for the entire season. Additionally,
you can inquire about certificate replenish opportunities by contacting Dustin Johnstone, Daily Fee
Market Director at djohnstone@clublink.ca or 905-841-5351.
Do I receive complimentary access to the practice facilities?
Players Club members have
complimentary range access on day of play. A warm-up bucket is provided at
courses with range dispensers. There are no range facilities located at Rolling
Hills, Georgetown, Caledon Woods or Glendale.
Can I bring non-Players Club members as a guest?
Yes! Guests will pay the daily
fee rack rate when playing at any of the daily fee courses, or the member-guest
rate if playing at any of the private courses. Guests can also use a Players
Club Certificate if the member opts to redeem multiple certificates.
Can I play as a single?
Absolutely!
Do I have charging privileges?
Only Ultimate Players Club
Members have charging privileges. All other Players Club Members must pay for
anything purchased at time of use.
Are there any perks for referring new members?
Although there is no formal referral program for any program level, we greatly appreciate all of our Players Club Members who refer friends and family.
What is a daily fee property?
Golf courses that are
publicly accessible are referred as a daily fee property. Daily fee properties
include Glen Abbey, Cherry Downs, Hidden Lake and Rolling Hills.
Premium Advantage
Members have certificate access to six private courses as part of the Players
Club membership, the restrictions differ slightly. Those courses include
Caledon Woods, Georgetown, Glendale, Grandview, National Pines and Station
Creek (North Course only).
Where are the Academy Clubs located, and what is my price to play?
Players Club members can
play all of the ClubLink Academy courses (except The Rattler) for 25% below the
member-guest rate.
